Product Designer

Bibin PONNACHAN

Based in Paris. I've worked across legal design, compliance tech, NFT platforms and more, usually joining early to help shape a product from a rough idea into something people actually use.

WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE

Core skills

Product Design

I work across the full product, from early wireframes to a polished, shippable interface. Comfortable owning a feature or a whole product end to end.

Design Systems

I build and maintain the visual systems that keep a product feeling consistent as it grows, from component libraries to brand guidelines.

Research & Testing

I run interviews and usability tests to understand what's actually going wrong, then turn those findings into changes that move the product forward.

About

My path into product design didn't start in design. Early on I worked in marketing and business, co-founding an agency and running brand, growth, and community for teams with a large following.

Moving into UX/UI later felt less like a career change and more like finding the right tool for a problem I was already chasing: how to build things people actually want to use.

Since then, the work has spanned legal design and compliance tools, blockchain projects like Nanoverse, and NFT platforms, along with startups shipping their first product, different industries, but always the same questions: what's actually broken, and what fix holds up once real people use it.

I lean on research and testing over instinct, and I like staying close to a product past the handoff to see how it performs.
